Bra Fittings In February Down On The Farm!

There is something different going on down on the farm this February and it's not farm related!

As you may already know, as well as living on the farm and taking bookings for the six holiday cottages based on the farm, I also run an online lingerie, swimwear and nightwear company from some of the converted barns. AmpleBosom.com has been based on the farm for the last 10 years, where the business was founded when I spotted a gap in the market for feminine bras for those of us blessed with an ‘ample bosom’. – there are a few women who will not see an ‘ample bosom as an asset, but once a well fitted bra is achieved giving support, comfort and shape they start to think very differently about their body shape.

It has been reported in the media this week that less than a third of bras sold in the UK are a good fit, and that a staggering 29% of bras sold after a fitting were rated as a suitable fit by a panel of experts. The research was undertaken by Which? Magazine who chose plus size figures because they wanted to know how our High Street shops coped with what they called ‘buxom women’. The importance of a correctly fitted bra cannot be overestimated in how it affects a woman, her confidence and comfort, and in particular when the bust is on the generous side.

I have been fitting what Which? Magazine call buxom women for many years now and it is a shame that their researchers did not visit AmpleBosom.com where customers come from far and wide to achieve that elusive comfort and confidence that a well fitted bra will give.

Throughout February I am offering ‘Bra Fitting Days’ at the farm to ensure that ladies start the New Year in comfort and style no matter what they are wearing, customers are asked to phone to make an appointment to avoid disappointment on 01439 798388.

If you don't live in the area why not take a break in one of our valleyviewfarm.com holiday cottages and have a fitting whilst on holiday!
